  • Musculoskeletal disorders due to uncomfortable postures.
  • Stress, fatigue, reduced productivity.
  • Mental health issues, job dissatisfaction.

* Percentage of correct answers: 100%

2. Which aspects of workplace ergonomics should you prioritise?

* Correct answer:

  • Adjust your workplace so that your monitor is at eye level and that your feet are flat on the floor with your knees bent at a 90° angle.
  • Keep your shoulders relaxed and your back straight while sitting.

* Percentage of correct answers: 78%
