• Immediately report incidents, accidents, and injuries to your direct supervisor.
• The injured person should receive the required first aid and be reported to the company clinic as soon as possible
• These incidents must be properly investigated by the health & safety representative and department supervisor/HOD
• Findings and recommended actions must be discussed in the monthly health & safety meetings.
